I do not honor such claims or return requests.  All packages are shipped and double-protected in plastic cases and boxes with double layers of bubble wrap where applicable to insure safe undamaged delivery. All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested to keep shipping costs at a minimum.
